All weave installation services require a consultation before booking. Consultations can be conducted either in-person or virtually. During the consultation, we will discuss the service in detail, including what the service entails and what you can expect. This will cover the steps involved, the products we’ll use, and the results you’re aiming for. We will also address any concerns or questions you may have to ensure we are aligned on your desired outcome. Please note that consultation deposits can be made by Zelle only. Be prepared to discuss your hair history, preferences, and any specific goals you have for your. Please note that the prices listed above does not include the cost of hair. Bundles of our 100% human hair can be purchased at the salon. If you choose to bring your own hair, please do this before. READ HERE

CANCELLATION POLICY
To ensure that we have enough time to offer availability to other clients and keep our schedule filled, we kindly ask that you give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Please note that cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice, no-show appointments, or cancellations made within 4 hours of your appointment time, will result in a fee of 100% of the reserved service amount.
REFUND POLICY
Please note that we do not offer refunds. However, if you feel that the agreed-upon goal was not achieved, we encourage you to contact us by phone within 7 days of your service. We will make every effort to schedule an appointment as soon as possible to address any necessary adjustments, as our priority is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your hair.
Please be aware that any additional work that extends beyond the original agreed-upon style or color may be subject to additional charges, at the discretion of your stylist and the owner of Nadia Vassell Salon.
