CANCELLATION POLICY
To ensure that we have enough time to offer availability to other clients and keep our schedule filled, we kindly ask that you give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Please note that cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice, no-show appointments, or cancellations made within 4 hours of your appointment time, will result in a fee of 100% of the reserved service amount.
REFUND POLICY
Sorry, no refunds. We invite you to reach out to us via phone within 7 days of your service if you do not feel that the agreed upon goal was achieved. We will get you in asap to make sure any necessary adjustments-we want you to be obsessed with your hair! Any additional work that goes beyond the scope of the original agreed upon style or color is subject to additional charges at the discretion of your stylist and the owner of Nadia Vassell Salon.
